--Working on my family's ranch (milking cows every morning and a multitude of other daily chores)

--Working as a Theology tutor reviewing papers (cutting into my study time for critical essays and exams)

-- and, yes, mindlessly scrolling through YouTube shorts and Facebook posts...which (I confess) I still do from time to time.

I just sat down, hit record, and started talking.
