Assalamu’alaikum,
You are frustrated.
(because you are following society's expectations.)
The classic script:
Take Riba to go to college
Do as you're told in your job
Prioritize your job over your faith
Get a job just so you can pay the bills
Work really hard just so you can get a raise
Trade your freedom for the sake of retirement
Only to hear teenagers are making 200k a month on the internet.
Of course, if you’re reading this –you know it’s not your fault.
You did what you were told to please society:
You trusted everyone around you
You work really hard to please your parents
And it hurts deeply to feel let down.
Now for the first time, you want to decide for yourself:
Maybe you lack confidence in yourself?
Maybe You lack the faith to try something new?
I’m here to tell you that freedom is earned.
Not given to you by waiting for a raise.
That’s the way life has always been.
