I Could Live on Crackers, Cheese, and Olives

I’ll be honest—sometimes I’m more enthusiastic about appetizer-type foods than main dishes. That’s one of the reasons I love making a meal of charcuterie. Every so often, I take the time to put together a pretty charcuterie board for my family. Here’s one we had recently:

The salami roses are surprisingly easy to make! I love this type of food … pickles, olives, fruit, cheese, and more. I did end up wishing I’d added some chocolate to it—you know, so we’d have all the major food groups!
