I ❤️ Kombucha

A few years ago, I discovered kombucha. It’s...fermented tea. When I say it that way, it sounds disgusting, but it’s got probiotics, is very low in caffeine, and is sweet yet low in sugar. Plus, it’s fizzy. (It’s brewed like beer and has a similar type of fizz.) It’s an acquired taste for sure, but I’m happy to have acquired it!

I hadn’t been drinking much kombucha lately, but one of my fellow actors in my current community-theater production often brings it to rehearsal, and she rejuvenated my desire for it! So I bought a few bottles & have been enjoying them. I tend to like sweet, fruity flavors, but this tangy flavor (in the pic below) caught my eye, and I really enjoyed it.

I’ve thought of making my own. It’s not difficult. But honestly...the last thing I need is another hobby! So for now, kombucha brewers will keep getting my money.
