Celebration time! (Plus a REALLY great book deal)

I don’t talk all that much about my novels in this newsletter. But every so often, I’ve gotta share my excitement about a book I’ve poured my heart into.
Last Friday, with my miniature schnauzer Ollie on my lap, I typed “THE END” on the first draft of The Stone Eater, the final book of The Magic Eaters Trilogy. I love this story about magic, dragons, adventure, and love!
Here’s the view from my desk chair right after I finished!
Of course, the book’s not done. I have lots of revisions to do, plus the audiobook to record. But publishing a book is a huge process, and I think it’s important to celebrate the various steps. I’m on track for an April 1 release (no foolin’)!
