Update on Jason:

Over the next 2 weeks, starting today, we have the following scheduled:

• 3 "-oscopy" procedures (endoscopy, bronchoscopy, laparoscopy) to get staging nailed down.
• 2 follow-up appointments to find out lab results from those procedures
• 1 follow-up with oncologist
• 1 second opinion at MD Anderson (just got scheduled today, woo hoo!) 🎉

By mid-June, we should know the cancer's stage, the treatment plan, and the prognosis.

Looking from the outside, it may seem like this is taking forever. But it's not. All the local providers have been amazing at getting things scheduled quickly. Multiple procedures/tests are required to get an accurate stage on this cancer, so there are a LOT of necessary appointments. They're keeping us busy, not a lot of time to sit around and wait! It could be moving slower, and we're so grateful it's not.
