Here's a Pic of My Mom and Me for Mother's Day!

I've shared some about my mom on this newsletter. She's a cancer survivor—twice. Her breast cancer is gone, and her multiple myeloma is in remission, hooray! I love her so much and am glad I can expect a lot more years with her.

With Mother's Day around the corner, I wanted to share this photo of my mom and me on my wedding day, way back in January 2000.

She's a beautiful, kind, talented woman of faith, and I'm glad she's my mom!

My mom is also a huge influence on me as a reader. She read so many books to me when I was little. Thanks to her, I'm a reader and a writer.
