Last week was awesome, but it was so busy. I had two book releases (the Villainous anthology and The Stone Eater). I scrambled all week, and Friday, our family went to Enchanted Rock, a big granite formation in central Texas. We try to go every year. It was a gorgeous day for hiking, but it was tiring! The rest of the weekend didn’t really slow down.

I turned to our exchange student Monday and said, “Know what I’m looking forward to doing this weekend?”

“What?” she asked.

“NOTHING.”

So here’s to an awesome weekend full of nothing! Sometimes that’s my favorite kind of weekend.

Keep reading for more great book recommendations.
