Hi ,

It's not INCONCEIVABLE!

We had two important celebrations in our household this weekend.

The Princess Bride has been my favorite movie for a long time. So it wasn't really inconceivable that my husband suggested our family go to see it at a historic theatre, followed by a Q&A with Cary Elwes, and I said, "As you wish!" (Or I wish I'd thought to say that, anyway!)

The event was last weekend, and it was so great. We built wonderful memories with our kids! I wish I could've taken a picture of Cary Elwes onstage, being interviewed, but they were being very strict about photos, so I had to keep my phone down. (I felt like a bit of a rebel snagging this pic of a theatre worker introducing the movie!)

The Princess Bride is one of the only movies that I like better than the book it's based on. But you know me ... in general, I'm a book gal! Check out this week's recommendations.
