Hi ,

Have You Tried the 'Booch?

And by "'booch," I mean kombucha. Have you tried it? I started drinking kombucha several years ago, and now it's one of my favorite liquid refreshments.

Kombucha is fermented tea. Now, I know ... that sounds gross. But it's really good. It's brewed like beer (though most kombucha has very low alcohol content and can be consumed by minors). It's got a natural fizziness to it and comes in a lot of fun flavors. It can be an acquired taste, but I really enjoy it ... especially since it's low in sugar and low in caffeine and full of natural probiotics!

I tried this flavor recently. It had rosemary, mint, and sage in it. I tend to go for fruity flavors, but I did enjoy veering off my normal path with this bottle.

My favorite flavor is Synergy (brand) Lemon Berry (flavor). Soooo good.

If you drink kombucha, what's your favorite flavor?

Grab a kombucha (or whatever you like to drink), and check out this week's book recs.
