The Perils of Online Grocery Shopping

I often do online grocery shopping and pick up my orders curbside. But sometimes I misjudge the sizes of the items I order. I’ve gotten a very small bottle of olive oil, thinking it was large. I’ve done the same with a bag of flour.

This week, I ordered carrots. I thought it was a little bag, maybe a pound or so.

Instead, I got this:

Five pounds of carrots. I posted the pic on social media and got lots of ideas for things I can make with them (plus tips on freezing them). The problem is, I don’t have a lot of time on my hands! So I’m not sure what I’ll end up doing with all these carrots! But there is one carrot salad recipe I really want to try. Hopefully I’ll get around to it. And maybe I’ll triple the recipe and share it with others!
