Sourdough!

A couple of weeks ago, I got my sourdough starter out of the fridge and made some delicious loaves. (In fact, now that I’m looking at these pictures, I’m thinking how I need to make more!)

To me, baking bread is another creative outlet. And I’ll admit, slicing up a loaf of sourdough is more fun than slicing and dicing at a manuscript during the editing phase! (It’s tastier too.)
