Yes, I Ate Salad at a Steak Restaurant

When my husband, Jason, and I returned from Vegas and told our son about an amazing meal we had there, my son's jaw dropped, and he said to me,

"You ate salad at Gordon Ramsay Steak?"

Why yes, I did. And, to make matters worse, I ordered it as an entree, not a side dish. It was possibly the best salad I'd ever had.

My husband had an entree my son found totally acceptable: Beef Wellington. It's the reason we went to the restaurant! Jason has wanted to try Gordon Ramsay's Beef Wellington for years. It was everything he hoped it would be.

We also went to see U2 at the Sphere, and it was a great, memorable concert!

And I did one thing you might not expect in Vegas: I read a lot! On that note, here are this week's book recommendations.
