A Handmade Sweater
Recently, I got back into knitting, and for the first time, I knitted a sweater! It’s not cool enough in Leander, TX to wear it yet, but when our short winter arrives, I’ll be ready.
I love knitting cables, so this was a fun one to work on. I’m looking forward to making my next sweater!
My hobbies come and go, but reading is one that pretty much always sticks around. Here are this week’s book recommendations.
This Week’s New Release
If you enjoy Norse myths and faeries, check out The Widow and the Beast. It’s the #1 new release in its genre on Amazon! Grab The Widow and the Beast for a great price, or read free on Kindle Unlimited.
This Week’s Affordable Book
“Wow! Just wow! Werewolves, vampires and romance? Oh my!” That’s how an Amazon review for Moonlit Genesis begins. If it sounds like the perfect combo to you, buy Moonlit Genesis for a great price, or read free on Kindle Unlimited.
This Week’s Free Books
If you love epic fantasy but are short on time (and you like freebies), check out Journey of Soul: The Beginning. This short story will give you an intro to Kyle Jantjies’s work! Download Journey of Soul: The Beginning for free.
If you, like my teenagers, love role-playing games (D&D, anyone?), check out The Dungeon of the Old Gods for free! Download Dungeon of the Old Gods here.
This Week’s 20-Second Story
Every week, I share a super-short story or poem with you. Hope you enjoy this week’s! I write these on Twitter; you can follow me @CBethAnderson.
Enjoy stories like this? I have an entire book of them! Check out The Curio Cabinet on Amazon and other retailers!
Enjoy the rest of your week!
-Beth
