Here's how you take it up a notch

Hey ,
A change of season is a good time for a change in time so in case you missed it, Wired Weeklies are starting at their new times for October through to December.
Why should you put Wise Weeklies into your calendar?
Because science shows that the easiest and most effective way to meet your goals is to hang around with people who are most likely to be striving for the same things you value and are striving for. And if you're striving to be connected, curious and well versed in all things to do with pediatric rehabilitation and neurodisability, then you'll find your people at a Wired Weekly drop-in session.
This week's drop-in for example, you could come hang out with me if you're interested in seeing how I addressed a sitting posture and gait symmetry issue with one simple TheraTog gold strap that Billi Cusick suggested I add to one for my little kiddo's with a dystonic hemiplegia - I was blown away 🤯 (as I usually am by Billi's brilliance)

Progress Pods
Next week is Progress Pod week and we're jumping into a little coaching practice challenge which is going to be a fun way to integrate the coaching we are learning about as part of our Spotlight on OPC. So if you're not in a pod, click HERE to find one - or start a new one.
If you are in a Pod - make sure your Pod is showing on the calendar HERE so you get an email with your meeting time links and details.
Your challenge, if you choose to accept it this week:
Record a few 'coaching' sessions to listen back to and reflect on.
Take it to the next level with your Progress Pod
Take a snippet of your recording to share with your progress pod and discuss what went well, what didn't and why.
Catch this weeks Spotlight snippet for more ideas on coaching conversations
And if you want to take it up a notch even higher >>> Take It To The Clinic
If you're thinking that your families could benefit from you delving into coaching techniques and conversations, we are on the same page! How would you like to structure a laser coaching session on OPC? Bring in a family where you and the family have been struggling to get clear and motivating goals? Role play a scenario where you'd like to have some coaching skills prepped for the next conversation you have? Just have Fi's eyes and ears available to critique a coaching session and give you pointers on where you could have steered the conversation differently? Something else?
It's a vulnerable position for us to be in, but there is so much to be gained from being brave enough to do it - let me know if you've got a kid or an idea that you'd like to put forward for a coaching session and we can discuss how to make it as comfortable and impactful as possible. Don't let this opportunity slip past your grasp!! Just hit reply to this email and tell me what you're thinking!
With so much enthusiasm for what's possible,
Mindy
