Here's a true confession...

At the start of this week I sat down and wrote out ALL the things I needed to do. The list was loooong and I knew I was going to have to work with discipline and focus to get through it - so I went to the kitchen to make a cup of coffee and proceeded to scroll through social media for the next hour 🤦‍♀️
