3 Easy ways to fill your cup

Hey ,
One of the things they talk about in the world of productivity and goal achievement is the difference between being able to differentiate the "Important" from the "Urgent", the "Have-to's" from the "Want-to's".
If your To'do list are like mine and never ending, then it's easy to put those things that fill your cup aside, in order to slog through the "must-do's" in the sometimes impossible task of getting all the things done.
So I wanted to take a moment to encourage you to feed your passion. To make time for the "Important's" that maybe aren't urgent, to make space for the"Want-to's" even though you're crazy busy with all the "Have-to's".
I know that all of us here in The Wired Collective are passionate about our kids, passionate about on-going learning and passionate about connecting with other passionate therapists. So you're in the best place you could possibly be to make sure you fill your cup!
We've got the Scholar-Sip Café coming up at the end of this month which I'm so excited about. We're going to be diving into the research and work Nea Vänskä has been doing on simple tools to help children set meaningful goals in therapy. Check it out HERE. So if you love getting nerdy about research, this will definitely fill your cup!
This week is Progress Pod week and being part of a progress-pod is also hands-down the easiest way to also make sure you fill your cup! Which is why I'm always so excited when Progress Pod week rolls around. You should be getting an email the day before your pod meeting with a fun activity to do. But if you miss it, you can also check it out in the Wired Collective Resource Section HERE.
And lastly, if you haven't yet had time to listen to all the spotlight drops and discussions related to OPC and coaching, there's a couple of ways to make sure you don't miss out
- Start in the dashboard and systematically work your way through each of the videos and resources >> LINK
- Jump to the Hub and pick your interests from a visual smorgasboard >> LINK
- Stick on some headphones and listen on your usual podcast player (just search for Wired Collective, or reply to this email and ask for help if you can't find it)
You're spoiled for choice - just find the one that works best for you!!
Have a great week of connection and inspiration!
Warm regards,
Mindy
PS - not in a progress pod? Just reply to this email and let me help you get sorted.
