Was it this time yesterday I was writing to you all excited about ChatGPT? What a strange year it has been - it feels like no time has passed at all and it's hard to judge 2023 objectively.

Like a time warp that marks a significant moment in history we will only truly appreciate in time.

But yesterday a bunch of amazing humans showed up from all corners of the globe. We created a space to reflect, inspire and encourage each other to move forward into 2024 with a whole lot of positive energy and hope. We took time to reflect on 2023 and map out our year in highs and lows and I have to tell you, this is a worthwhile exercise to do. I've posted some of our timelines below and if you jump into the Goals and Planning page on our dashboard you can create one for yourself.

Not only is it a great way to really capture your year, which is always fun to look back on over time - but it's also a great tool to help you appreciate how far you've come, be grateful for the wins, recognize the challenges and give yourself grace.
