• Scholar Sip Café is going to be a fun exploration of interoception in school age children.

• Laser Coaching opportunities with a twist. Kelly thought that interoceptive work is a little too tricky to do in a live zoom so we're changing things a little. If you have a child that you would like to pick Kelly's brains about, you are in luck. This round of laser coaching is going to be a bit of back and forth via text Kelly sharing ideas and strategies to try, followed by a clinical discussion around what worked well. If you have a child you'd like to work through some practical interoceptive ideas with Kelly, this is your chance, submit an EOI HERE.

• We are onto round 2 of Wired Weekly rounds doing a mini Accelerator Pod. It's SUCH a good way to learn. Head on over to the calendar and choose one of the remaining 3 dates that are available - block some time out in your diary and get ready to supercharge your clinical skills and interoceptive strategies

• The Wise Table Recording is ready for you - with a few additional resources and rabbit holes to dig into. Let me just say the rabbit hole is fÜn - did you know that men have no clue how to read anger from a woman's touch and men have no clue how to convey compassion to a women via touch. What else is happening in the community:

• The WhatsApp group has been chatty 😃 it's a great way to quickly reach out and get ideas / answers / celebrate / share and more.
• The Facebook group is also a great way to be social - if you're on facebook and you want an easy way to stay connected, then make sure you've joined and let the algorithm know you want to see posts by liking or commenting on which ever one the algorithm chooses to show you.
