This is Day-3 of our Interoception re-engangement in The Wired Collective and I've uploaded the cheat sheet for the second laser coaching session with Kelly.

This one was just so much fun!

A nice change of pace and some great ideas for incorporating interception into your everyday therapy with very little effort. This laser coaching session centered around a bright 5 year old with CP and the it was so helpful working through how to adapt principles for this age group.

Oh man it's been tricky trying to find a time that works for Kelly and is NZ friendly.
