Do it! Watch it! Join it! Try it! [The Wired Collective]

I don't know what it's like in the rest of the world, but in New Zealand January is definitely a trial month. Kids are not yet back at school, there's a bunch of public holidays and it's the best time of the year to hang out at our beautiful beaches, or walk in the mountains or just soak up the sun.
Not a time to take too much too seriously.
But February is knocking and before you know it, it will be December again and we'll be looking back on 2024 either celebrating a fabulous year of forward progress or wondering where the time went.
I don't know about you, but I want to be celebrating progress!
Which is exactly why I am thrilled that a whole bunch of Wired Collective members have signed up for the Goal Clarity Challenge and are joining me for a virtual meetup to design our habits and actions. We are guaranteed to succeed when we are surrounded by amazing humans that share our values and passions. Wired Weeklies are a casual drop in session where we get to indulge our nerd loving therapy hearts in all sorts of great discussions about all things nerdy and therapy. This is where you can bring a case study to discuss or celebrate, a research article to share or critique, a clinical question to brainstorm with some like minded souls, or a question about technology and how to use it in the clinic, in The Wired Collective or in life. Answers are not guaranteed, but inspiration, a few good belly laughs and a whole lot of support and enthusiasm most definitely are!
