We've got Kelly Mahler starting as our Spotlight Guest in March. I'm so excited to dig into interoception and what it means for us as clinicians, but also nerding out on the science an related research.

I honestly didn't know how BIG interoception was! Did you?

If you haven't yet listened to my last interview with Kelly, you're going to want to do that ASAP because I'm meeting up with Kelly soon for a Spotlight interview and I would love to know what questions come up for you as you listened to her interview.
