A Therapist's Guide to Clinical Excellence and Evidence Based Practice
Sep 07, 2024 9:15 pm
We started this amazing Clinical Excellence Summit listening to a scientist/parent of a child with complex neuromotor disability, Dr James Sulzer, sharing his hard earned lessons and wisdom.
We're wrapping up with a researcher, advocate and adult with lived experience of growing up with a complex neuromotor disability.
Amy Hogan has just completed her masters looking at health discourse in public spaces online. More simply put, she explored that big elephant in the room of evidence based practice.
The gap between what parents and people with lived experience are doing and talking about online for their rehab, and what research says we should be doing.
The big question of how do we bridge academic & real-world practice in complex disabilities?
I'm so excited to have Amy join me to pull it all together as we wrap up a truly epic few days of learning and connecting across the globe, across our various professional roles and our vast and varied experiences!
I would love you to join us online for one more opportunity to connect and consolidate our thoughts and new learning
With so much enthusiasm for all that is possible ♥️
