I wanted to give a huge shout-out to everyone participating in the Goal Clarity Challenge and the OPC Quest for Curious Minds!
I've loved reading through the entries in this weeks Goal Clarity challenge. The "Why"s that have been shared are truly powerful ♥️ I am so extremely grateful to have such amazing humans as part of the Wired Collective!! We are all connected by our shared love of the work we do, but it's not always easy, so to have like minded people who come right alongside to hold us accountable and love and push us is priceless! If you haven't yet joined this Goal Clarity Challenge you are missing out on an opportunity to fill your cup and connect with other therapists in the collective on a whole new level.

OPC Quest for Curious Minds
This where you go from thinking about wanting brush up on your clinical skills - to taking those little, consistent actions that actually move you forwards.

The BIG prize of course is your confidence and growth, and the value that brings to the kids and families you work with,
but who doesn't love a little cash to throw around at some continued education courses too? So to sweeten the deal and get your competitive engine revving, each action you take gets you an entry into the big draw for a
$250.00 cash prize
and a few spot prizes thrown in just for fun.
Instructions
1 - Share a Nugget: Each week we will be focusing on one or two past activities. This week we start with the spotlights.
- Spotlight 1: Occupation, Goal-Setting, and Influencing Factors: Unpacking OPC
- Spotlight 2: Communication and Goal Setting
You don't' have to do it all, but do one thing.
Squiz through the spotlight resources, watch the video, listen to the podcast, read the transcript.
2 - Take the Challenge and Reflect: Dive deeper into the content by taking the challenge for double entries into the draw. This week's task is to work through the Intrinsic-Extrinsic worksheet with one of your kids and reflect on how it impacted your session. Scroll down to find it.
Share your thoughts and experiences, any changes in your understanding of the child/family's struggles or motivation. What questions stood out to you? What surprised or frustrated you? Was it easier or harder than you initially thought?
3 - Ask a Curious Question: Curious questions are our highest value here in The Wired Collective. So for an impressive triple entry into the draw, add a curious question this week. It can be about the two spotlights we are covering, or any other question that's come up for you about coaching, goal setting and OPC that you would like us to dig into in our wrap-up Q&A with Dr. Fi Graham in February.
This is your chance to spark a thought-provoking discussion.

Logistics
- Notifications: You'll want to make sure your notification settings are correct so that you don't miss out on the nuggets, insights and questions, and you also don't get too many notifications that clog your inbox. Head over to your profile and check you are happy with your notification settings HERE. You can choose from hourly, daily, weekly notifications - or none - but that would be pretty sad🙃
- Prize Draw: We will do the Prize Draw at our Big Wrap-Up Q&A with Dr Fi Graham in February. You can check times and grab a seat HERE. Any comment you add as part of the challenge over this week gets you entries into the draw. You don't need to have completed all of them, but the more you complete, the more your chances (and your awesomeness) grow.
- Navigating the challenge: The challenge is being hosted in the community forum on The Wired Collective Dashboard. There are 3 posts where you can add your comments. Add your nuggets in the nugget post, your reflection in the reflection post, and your question in the question post - you get the idea right 😊
