Can you believe we've hit December 2023!! How are you feeling?

I'm feeling a little exhausted and discombobulated (a word I love to use at every opportunity 😉) but I love the feeling of hope and possibility that this time of year brings. We get a sparkling new canvas for 2024 onto which we can project our perfect year!

Now of course our logic brain will tell us that the year may not turn out the way we hoped, BUT...

If you don't imagine it,

If you don't dream it,

It's for sure a lot less likely to happen!

Scientific fact - just thinking and talking about your goals gives you a 70% greater chance of reaching them than not!

(okay I thumb sucked the 70%, but you get the idea right!) If you're not thinking about what you want, your brain is not spending time figuring out how to make that happen. You'll risk missing the signals, tripping over the lucky breaks or seeing golden opportunities.
