Hey ,

Of all the things in the world that are worth doing, connecting with brilliant, passionate and amazing humans in The Wired Collective is one of my favorite. This snap was taken in Kansas City where a bunch of us Wired Collective Course Junkies got together for dinner during Susan's Sparking Change lab. If you've had the opportunity to meetup with other members of the Collective in person for the first time and feel instantly like old friends, you'll know exactly why this photo make me smile!

It NEVER gets old! It never fails to give me the warm fuzzies knowing that there are other crazy, passionate, inspired and amazing therapists out there who never get tired of talking shop, or hanging out with others who never get tired of talking shop. And these opportunities to meet up in person are pure gold - but what makes them so special, is what comes before the meetup.

It's the conversations in the zoom rooms, the meetups in the progress pods, the sharing of knowledge and experiences in the text chats. Relationships are built over time. They don't happen in a vaccuum. The Wired Collective makes it so super easy to find your people, but you have to show up!

So here's were you can show up in February... (you'll be so glad you did!)

1 - If you missed the goal clarity challenge you're in luck! By special request we've added a bonus workshop. If you're interested in seeing how we merge the approaches of different strategies related to behaviour change and habits (thank you BJ Fogg and James Clear), and goals setting in general (have you heard of the physics of progress?) together into a 5-step plan, and you want to rock your goals for 2024 then...

Jump in Here!

You'll find the meeting time in the dashboard so you can grab your seat, and whist you are there, make sure you do the quick 3 prep steps you'll find in the dashboard to get the most out of the session.

(A huge thanks to Jane and her amazing pod for sharing their pod time with us to redo the workshop.)

AND

2 - The second Laser Coaching session with Fi and Stephanie drops today into your dashboard! Steph and Fi discuss open ended questions, envisioning goals vs practicing goals, breaking up cognitive tasks and conversations with movement breaks and so much more. You're definitely going to want to watchi it!

Watch it Here!

AND

3 - Our big group wrap-up Q&A with Fi is happening next week!!

Have you booked your seat?

There's so many thoughtful questions that have already been posted in the dashboard, like this one from Vickie Mead,

I wonder what I should say when parents drop their most important question at the end, when no time is left, so I don’t panic as usual, and turn into the advice monster????

or this one from Mandy Siao

I'm wondering if there is a suggested frequency for OPC in an early intervention setting.

and Stacie Ahern

If you have limitations in time and if you're there specifically do be doing hands on therapy when would you be prioritising using the OPC approach? Introduction (or not!) of equipment, transition from primary to secondary education as examples?

I can't wait to hear how Fi tackles them!

And here's your last gentle nudge to join the OPC Quest for Curious Minds because it's going to mean you get so much more out of this Q&A BUT I also want to remind you...You're not behind!

You just need to jump in to the challenge to get a little accountability and a whole lot of motivation to participate because

You have to be in it to win it!

Each snippet, reflection or question you share gets you into the grand prize draw for $250 cont. ed cash that you can spend on whatever brilliant course you've got your eye on in 2024! You're not to late to get yourself some entries -

You don't need to catch up, you just need to get started!

Start Here!

AND Finally,

4 - Wired Weeklies, Progress Pods and Pod Accelerators!

Wired Weeklies are a casual drop in session where we get to indulge our nerd loving therapy hearts in all sorts of great discussions about all things nerdy and therapy. There are TWO times every week to accommodate time zones and work schedules. Join, one, join both. The topics are often the same but the conversations, insights and aha moments are always different. Check time HERE

Progress Pods are happening NEXT week. If you're not in a pod, you can find one to join HERE and if you're not sure how or what to do, just reply back to this email so I can help. Or even better, jump into a Wired Weekly and ask. Answering questions and making things easy is exactly the kind of thing we do there.

And lastly, our first Pod Accelerator trial, has started. We are going through Susan Hastings estim manual. If you've done the 'Spark the change' course and you'd like to join us to accelerate your learning and implementation, just reply back to this email ASAP.

6 meetings in 6 weeks to revise, discuss and implement.

If you've got an idea for your own Accelerator, reply back and let me know too.
