💡 Stress Reduction Tip: Box Breathing Technique

Stress can take a toll on both your mind and body. One effective way to manage stress is through box breathing. Here’s how you can do it:

  • Inhale: Breathe in slowly through your nose for a count of four.
  • Hold: Hold your breath for a count of four.
  • Exhale: Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of four.
  • Hold: Hold your breath again for a count of four.

Repeat this cycle 4-5 times to help calm your mind and reduce stress.
