We have recently added a NEW program to the Ideal Strength App titled "The Blueprint: Powerlifting Meet Prep".
This is the same outline Tasha and I have both used for ourselves and clients in peaking for multiple competitions. If you do plan to use this program leading up to your competition, be mindful of the dates and plan to utilize this 9 weeks out from your powerlifting meet.
This program concludes with a deload on Week 9, assuming you will be competing at the end of that week on a Saturday or Sunday.
P.S.
