Blessing Theophilus-Israel is a dynamic entrepreneur, business strategist, and author, with a strong commitment to empowering individuals through education, skill development, and entrepreneurship. She is the Director of Canaan Care Ltd, a global healthcare recruitment agency with offices in the UK, Canada, USA, and Ghana. Through her diverse ventures, she has successfully built businesses in multiple industries and fostered opportunities for personal and professional growth, particularly within underrepresented communities.
UK Kick start Scheme Leadership:
As part of her commitment to community development and youth empowerment, Blessing successfully managed and trained over 40 young people through the UK Kick start Scheme, a government-funded initiative aimed at providing young individuals with the opportunity to gain valuable work experience. Under her leadership, these young people were trained to develop employable skills. Blessing’s mentorship provided these individuals with the tools they needed to secure long-term employment and thrive in their careers. She emphasized the importance of professional growth, career progression, and creating opportunities for personal success in every training module.

Blessing is also an accomplished author, having written books like ‘How to Discover Your Life’s Purpose’ and *How to Overcome the Fear of Public Speaking*. Hi, my name is Pamela, and I’m an Admissions Advisor at Academy of Learning Career College. For the past six years, I’ve been supporting students through the admissions process and helping them feel confident about their next step.
When you connect with me, my goal is to make sure you feel heard, supported, and guided every step of the way. I’ll take the time to understand your goals, talk through your options, and help you find the program that’s the right fit for you.
My own journey started here at Academy of Learning, where I completed a Business program. That experience showed me firsthand how powerful education can be in changing someone’s life — and it’s why I’m so passionate about helping others do the same.
