Hello families!
I don't know about you, but I delight in hearing new words, wibbly wobbly words that make me laugh, wild and woolly words that make me scratch my head, delightful creative words, and more and more words!
When I went to England last year, I kept a record of some of the oddest place names. It's time to share my list with you! Pick a place name. What passes through your mind? What questions does it raise? What do you think a place named this looks like? What might its history be?
