It’s been a while since I’ve been in your inbox with something that wasn’t a promotion or a reminder or a launch. And I’ve been thinking about that.

You signed up to hear from me for a reason.

Probably because something about personal branding, visibility, or building income beyond your job resonated with you at some point. That reason is still valid. I just want to make sure I’m actually showing up for it.

So before I tell you anything else, I want to ask you one question.

Where are you right now with your visibility? Are you showing up the way you know you should be — or are you still in the “I should do something about this” phase?

I ask because I talk to professional women every single week who are brilliant at what they do and completely invisible to the people who need to find them. And most of them have been meaning to fix it for months. Sometimes years.

I’m not here to make you feel guilty about that. I’m here because I have something coming up that I genuinely think could be the thing that moves you from thinking about it to actually doing something about it.
