Happy May Day! I'll admit I had to look up the meaning of May Day because I knew it was a thing, but I didn't quite know why. Today we celebrate the contribution of workers across the world. You know... the people who get sh*t done around this big round rock we call home.
After looking that up I thought, OK there has to be a cocktail for this... Ladies and gents, I give you the May Day. Cheers! Hope you have a great one.
May Day Ingredients:
½ part Gin
½ part Bitter citrus apéritif
½ part Lemon juice
1 tsp Simple syrup
3 drops Rhubarb bitters
2 part Sparkling white wine / champagne
