Hi

I don't know about your part of the world but where I am in Texas right now the heat index is topping panty melting status and not in a good way. So what are you doing to keep cool where you are? Me... I've just found my new favorite drink. The Paloma. Grapefruit and tequila deliciousness. Hubby is into Ranch Water. Funny, I never heard of either before doing the Lone Star thing.

Paloma Ingredients

• 2 ounces tequila
• 2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice, plus wedges for garnish
• 2 ounces sparkling water
• ½ ounce lime juice
• ¼ ounce agave nectar or simple syrup, or to taste
• Coarse sea salt, for the rim of the glasses
• Ice

So if you're up for heating things up a little more, check out these books right here.
