I've started my first sports romance, or so I thought. I've actually written a tennis star battling her way back from a terrible injury sustained in a bad hit and run accident. Though there wasn't any court time in the story (the plot surrounded her and the male nurse hired to help her recover at home), I wonder if it qualifies. Would you be interested in that story? I'm watching Wimbledon and it reminded me of that little tale. The book I'm working on right now is a football romance. I'm already jonesing for the start of the NFL season, and writing about a (tight butt) uh...tight end is helping me cope. LOL
