I hope you and yours have been staying well. So, I went to Ocho Rios with my church family on Sunday. We had a grand old time on the beach. The sand was the kind that resisted me as I walked and provided lots of exercise that I didn't get during the previous week.

I felt the effects the following day in a sciatic flare-up. I'm good now with anti-inflammatory assistance and thinking about including this beach in the book I'm working on.
