Ink and ashes and the part that comes after

Professor Tidebreak is a Storm Selkie. Her sealskin, the thing that lets her be fully herself, was stolen once. She spent decades in a form that wasn't hers. She got the skin back eventually. But the hardest part wasn't the theft. It was putting the skin on again and realizing she'd forgotten how to swim.
She had to relearn herself. Not the version someone else needed her to be. The actual her.
She chose me for her classroom because I know what that relearning feels like.
When life hands you a plot twist you never saw coming, it can feel like the story is over. Last page. Credits rolling. Nothing left to write. I will talk about a plot twist which led me through one of the most disorienting chapters of my life — and eventually, back to something I didn't realize I'd lost: my own voice.
My class inside The Plot Twist Academy is called "Ink and Ashes: Rising as the Author of Your Own Story." I'll walk you through practical strategies for navigating change, give you permission to rewrite your story on your own terms, and hand you tools to move from surviving your plot twist to becoming the author of what comes next.
This free 12-day quest runs until April 17th. The classrooms are open today. Others like me will share their experiences and wisdom from their own plot twists.
The story isn't over. You just need to pick the pen back up.
