MTI Website Information.

Good morning ,


I know we have been experiencing a lot of frustrations with the MTI website since they changed servers.


I have since been made aware that the reason for the move was because the old servers were under a hacker attack, and this move had to be swift, hence why we found out after the event.


MTI has temporarily frozen the ability to deposit to them so that they can iron out the issues.


I would encourage you to watch this video from the top leaders after they met with Johann, they are pausing recruitment to MTI right now, and suggest everyone do the same until the glitches are resolved.

Dear Members


The Corporate Team had just concluded a meeting with our Senior Leaders. 


We felt it was necessary to bring our senior team up to date with the measures put in place and the progress thereof, in addressing the issues experienced by our members.


WITHDRAWALS 

Of paramount importance to Johann and the Corporate team, is the issue of withdrawals.


The team is working around the clock to finalize all “escalated withdrawals” and Leaders were given the assurance that these “escalated withdrawals” will likely be finalized by Sunday, 20 December 2020. 


The issue of some members receiving 10% of their original withdrawal was also discussed. We kindly ask all members who only received 10% of their withdrawal

to please submit a new withdrawal request for the balance. 


DEPOSITS 

The issue of “missing” deposits was also addressed


If you have made a deposit that is NOT reflecting in the back office, please notify your team leader as soon as possible. 


SUPPORT TICKETS

It was brought to the attention of the Leaders that duplicated and multiple support tickets are clogging up the system, resulting in further delays. 


Please note: If a support ticket is duplicated the original ticket becomes invalid and causes unnecessary delays. 


Members are kindly requested to please submit ONE support ticket per query.


SYSTEM GLITCHES

As mentioned previously, we now have a brand new server. Installation, configuration and migration of data to the new server has resulted in some unforeseen system glitches.


The technical team are fully aware of these glitches and are continuously working on resolving issues as and when they arise. 


In conclusion, we would like take this opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience caused whilst doing the server upgrade, and we thank all our members for their patience and understanding.

Good Day Members


We are experiencing an unusual amount of traffic on our server.


In addition to this, our technical team are also completing the allocation and reporting functions. This is a vital part of the system and we need to ensure that all is in order, to allow the allocations to work correctly. We will update you on the progress thereof.


To ensure that members do get some access and functionality, we have decided to temporarily disable the “Deposit” function on the back office.


Withdrawal processing continues as per the communication sent out yesterday morning.
