What a week .
I know there's been a lot of frustrations this week with MTI swapping servers, and it has caused headaches for a lot of our members (myself included).
I have noticed today, that a lot seems to have rectified, and I hope you find the same. If you are having issues, I urge you to contact support immediately. If issues are ongoing, and you have already contacted support, ensure you follow up using the support email that you have been sent, rather than open a new case as this will cause more delays.
I understand from you that Wirex has been causing issues, and it seems you can no longer send from Wirex to MTI. I'm not sure who the problem lies with. However, transfers FROM MTI to Wirex seem to work fine, and it is still the easiest way to spend your Bitcoin.
As a result I have amended the training on my MTI training site to encourage new people to use BitPanda or Coinbase instead.
I hope any problems caused by the change of server is will be sorted swiftly if not done yet. These are unforeseen problems and all part of growing pains of a very successful company.
