As I’ve been sharing on social media for the past few months, I’ve written a book titled A Test for Our Time: Crisis Leadership in the Next Normal. It’s my memoir about leading OraSure Technologies Inc. during the pandemic to do the extraordinary. The “test” is the existential challenge that we all faced between 2020 and now, as well as OraSure’s acclaimed InteliSwab® Rapid COVID-19 Test—the “easiest to use” test of its kind and the “#1 Standout Product” to hit drugstore shelves in 2021.
