Trey Cunningham won the silver medalist in the 110 hurdles at the 2022 World Athletics Championships. He also won the same event at the 2022 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships, having run the second-fastest time in NCAA history in 13.00 seconds.
Trey is an extremely powerful runner and he explains how to put force into the ground with good quality technical running and utilizing the proper angles below.
