3 Coaches I'm excited to learn from at the Hammer Throws Summit

Coach ,
The National Hammer Summit is just a day away! I couldn’t be more excited for these three things over the coming days.
1). I would be lying if I said I wasn’t extremely intrigued by Coach Paddy McGraths topic.
“Athlete Development: How Rudy Winkler Went from Beginner to 79M in 4 Years with the 12 lb Hammer.”
In a recent conversation with the 6x Irish National Champion, he referenced Rudy’s first competition as a youth by saying, “Rudy was just like all the other 100 hammer throwers his age at that competition.”
What was it that helped Rudy emerge to an American Record? What skills did they work on? What technical model did he shape his athlete most after?
2). Another thing I’ve been anticipating most is the debut of coach JC Lambert in front of a large audience. If you know Coach Lambert he is reserved and is someone who just goes about this business and gets results. Many years at SIU-Carbondale and as many All-Americans as anyone! His collegiate results and the 2019 World Championship Gold Medal produced by his wife Deanna Price make it hard to find another coach with as much success.
The topic Coach Lambert chose is one I know has been crucial in the development of his athletes and wife.
”Training Left and Right Arm Throws in the Hammer: How to Incorporate Them In Regular Throws”
I’m so excited just to get JC into the spotlight and allow him a place to share his coaching philosophy and experiences.
3). The final thing I want all coaches to prepare for and be aware of is the combined presentation with Kibwé Johnson and Martin Bingisser.
“More Than a Feeling: Technical Development in the Hammer Throw”
The unique decision for these two phenomenal coaches and athletes themselves to share together is something that I cannot wait to see. The experiences over the years working with a variety of coaches and athletes that have influenced their technical development philosophy should be an absolute joy to witness.
I know that most coaches have already registered for the event, but if you haven’t check out this twitter thread detailing more specifics as well as frequently asked questions and also the registration link below!

Looking forward to seeing everyone soon!
