Trey Cunningham of Florida State University just ran the 4th fastest 60 meter hurdle time in NCAA history this past weekend at Texas Tech in a new personal best time, 7.46 seconds. Check out the full race and some of his advice for hurdlers!

Hurdling is also about the mental approach to the 10 barriers which lay in between each hurdler and the finish line. Here Trey is explaining the importance of confidence and blocking out the noise.
