HER DAUGHTER IS JOINING HER TO GROW HER FASHION BUSINESS

She told me her daughter is joining her business to run it with her.

And she needs to equip her to succeed.

So she needs my Sales Team Building solution.

I was elated.

She's South African.

I set up my South African asset for receiving payments there, shared with her and she paid.

All of these happened between Saturday and today.

Interestingly enough, this wouldn't have been possible if I didn't have a sales system in place.

First, the sales asset in South Africa that receives payment there and sends to me in Nigeria. 

Second, the marketing list I sent my offer message to.

Third, the staff on hand to send the offer message in case I wasn't available. 

Fourth, the follow up system in place to call the interested customer as well as follow up with a reminder.

The asset in South Africa is a member of my sales team there. She processes local payments there, thereby giving me an in-road to the South African market.

If I wanted to free up my time to grow my business, I'd build a sales team. 

That is, hire at least 1 person to generate leads - in my case, contacts of fashion designers - through online search.

And to send messages introducing my business to them as well as call them up to present our offers to them.

Another staff can handle the sending of promotional messages to our marketing lists via WhatsApp broadcast for instance, and follow up those who indicate interest to buy.

From the illustrations I've given above, you can see that sales is an intense activity with lots of moving parts. 

Doing it alone is not ideal.

You're more likely to miss a lot of good deals.

For better results, you should build a team.
