Weekly RoundUp - Tools + Resources of the Trade

Summer moves slowly and things start moving around!

I am on the quest of developing a brand that would help people enhance their lives and work. And that is a difficult task.

I am always on the plan mode and since the summer arrival I have tried to cope with the many things I need to do for me and my family.

Things on the Personal Level

Within Summer I have to do a lot of things as far as my family concerns! First and primary task is to build a room for my daughters. It is time to start having their own place and having a "personal" life (not that I am too fun of the concept!)

Second, there are things to be done. Things like:

• Having my house painted
• Having fixed my car (I have a problem with the stability system)
• Design vacations and free time
• Maintain my house
• Attend everyday things and chores
• Move around or find space for furniture, books, equipment, etc. for the workers to work within my house
• Find where my children and wife would be hosted during the working period
• Upgrade my internet connection and build a better infrastructure.
• Build for me a new office/lab
• ETC. (There is a lot on my task list this period...)

And that's not all. There are a lot of things to be considered on work level as well.

Thing to Be Considered at Work Level

I need to organize my procedures and tools to maximize efficiency when creating valuable assets for myself and my audience.

This is not as easy as it sounds! It needs a lot of planning and work. I need to aggregate many of my resources and market them accordingly.

Other than that, I need to design:

• New pages and resources for my main sites
• New procedures for what I do and how (many of them would find their way as products or free resources)
• PLR products I want to release along with my main products on Gumroad and on my site!
• New freelancing opportunities I have delayed for a long time
• A new coaching practice and page I've been asked for many times in the past and avoided due to my lack of time
• Build webinars and a permanent resource for my audience
• etc.

OR learn how to:

• Develop AI prompts
• Creatively use the new tools in the market
• More marketing and sales techniques
• Make a better video editing and presentation

And many more!

I have many tried-and-true methods and tools to help me accomplish tasks, but it requires consistent effort and dedicated time.

• SendFox by AppSumo. SendFox is an email marketing tool designed specifically for content creators that lets you compose and send unlimited customized emails. It is an excellent tool, I use all the time! (It;s what I use to send you this newsletter)
• Notion. A new type of tools that integrates all your personal or professional applications, tools, and resources into one! Notion offers an integrated workspace to be utilized by you, your team, and partners.
• AppSumo. An excellent online shop for applications and tools can make a difference for new entrepreneurs. Just check it out!
• Gumroad. An all-in-one solution to sell your work and grow your audience.
• Payhip. A platform to sell and promote your e-books, memberships, software, design assets, music, or any type of digital products directly to your customers.
• Long Tail Pro. An extremely useful tool for all your keyword search requirements.
• SEMrush. All-in-one Traffic Analyzer and Content Marketing Toolkit for digital marketing professionals. I strongly recommend it.
• Serpstat. All-in-One SEO platform. One of the best marketing and SEO platform around and one of the most efficient keyword research tools in the business.
• Interact Quiz Builder. An innovative marketing platform to generate leads and drive sales using quizzes. The platform is also wonderful for building giveaways and polls. Must see!
• Missinglettr. Missinglettr turns each of your blog posts into a 12-month social campaign, which is then dripped out to your social channels. Each campaign is designed to engage with your audience and drive traffic back to your site. Indispensable tools for bloggers and marketers.
• TubeBuddy. A unique tool to optimize your videos on YouTube. Mast have if you work with videos.
