The Canva spiral is costing you

Hey ,

There is a very specific kind of business frustration that tastes like cold coffee and mild rage.

You know your offer is good.

You know your work gets results.

You know the thing you are selling is worth every damn penny.

And then you open Canva.

Suddenly, you are moving a text box three pixels to the left, changing the font for the seventh time, squinting at a colour palette like it owes you money, and whispering, “that’ll do” through gritted teeth.

But it does not feel like that’ll do.

It feels off.

Not terrible. Not ugly.

Just invisible.

And that is the problem.

Because when your visuals do not match the quality of your work, people feel the gap.

They might not know why they hesitate, but they do.

Your brand should be the reason they buy, not the reason they pause with one finger hovering over the enquiry button.

This is why alignment matters.

Not in a fluffy, light a candle and hope your content behaves kind of way.

I mean the kind of alignment where your messaging, design, offer and energy all walk into the room together, looking expensive, clear and deeply sure of themselves.

The kind where someone lands on your page and thinks,

“Oh. She knows what she’s doing.”

That is what I do for my clients.

I take the messy voice notes, half built ideas, launch graphics, social posts, lead magnets, workbooks, email graphics, pitch decks and Canva chaos, and turn them into brand assets that actually look like the level of business you are building.

Polished.

Strategic.

On brand.

Editable in Canva.

And not requiring you to lose three hours of your life to a graphic that still makes you feel a bit “meh” afterwards.

My new Dream Team page is live, and it is for established female business owners who are ready to stop DIYing the visuals that are supposed to be building trust.

Two spots open each month.

So here is your little check for this week:

Look at the last thing you posted, sent or launched and ask,

“Does this look like the level of work I actually deliver?”

If yes, gorgeous.

If no, your work may have outgrown the way it is being presented.

And lovely, that is exactly where I can help.

Because your business deserves to look like what it charges.

Kindest,
