Too many ideas? Start here.

Hi there,

Have you ever opened your notes and felt like every idea is screaming for your attention at once?

You start wondering if running an online business in 2026 is actually as easy as everyone makes it seem.

Maybe you’ve asked yourself:

“How am I going to turn these ideas into something real?”

“How do I even price my offer?”

“Am I qualified to teach this?”

These are questions I get asked almost every day.

And if you’re constantly feeling overwhelmed, believe it or not, that feeling is actually part of the process.

What matters is how long you let it keep you stuck.

Here’s the thing.

Some of the biggest names in the coaching space you know — Alex Hormozi, Amy Porterfield, and Marie Forleo — have faced the exact same challenges you’re dealing with right now.

The only difference?

They discovered a few simple ways to move forward instead of staying overwhelmed.

Here are three methods you can use the next time your ideas start to feel like too much.

1.Focus on the small picture

Most coaches feel overwhelmed because they’re trying to organize a hundred ideas into one “perfect” course.

Instead, start smaller.

Outline just one lesson.

Then write one promise your student will walk away with after completing it.

That single step can create more clarity than another full day of overthinking.

2.Use the 80/20 rule

you want to make progress faster, focus on the tasks that actually move your course forward.

Open a document and write down the three most important tasks in your course creation process.

Then focus most of your time and energy there.

Forget the logo, the colors, or which platform is “best.”

Progress will always beat perfection.

3.Learn from people who’ve already done it

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Many of the coaches who joined my mastermind started exactly where you are right now.

They had ideas, but they were second-guessing everything and trying to do it all on their own.

Once they had structure, feedback, and support, everything started to make sense.

And if you haven’t already, I’d love for you to join my Facebook community.

Inside, you’ll get access to the same kind of support and clarity that can help you move forward with confidence.

I hope you try at least one of these steps today.

Warm wishes,
