New video: The EASIEST Art Project for Holiday Grief / Winter Blues

"I'll have a blue Christmas without you...." has extra meaning for anyone grieving, wether it be the death of a loved one, or the loss of a relationship, job, or health.

When all you feel is winter blue and grey, it's a great practice to open your eyes up to the colors (and emotions) all around you. Plus, it's a ton of fun!

Make natural collage of multi-colored “treasures” you find on a nature walk. This project is a reminder to that ALL of the colors (emotions) can be found, even in the midst of a season of grief.
