Hey there, , have you heard of something called Kintsugi?

Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with liquid gold. The resulting repair is beautiful and strong. 

I just made a FREE therapeutic art project video inspired by this concept.

You'll notice that this is a faith-based project, and that's on purpose! That's because the issue is not just brokenness, but identity- how do we see ourselves in light of the broken parts? 

I love what 2 Corinthians 12:9 says:

But [God] said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. (NIV)
