Hey , It's been a few months since I began offering 1-on-1 virtual coaching, and the reviews are starting to come in (scroll down to read the rest of this one).
During each virtual session, we work one-on-one to meet your specific goals (grief, anxiety, feeling stuck, life transitions, self-esteem issues, you name it!) and we use ART to work through it together.
