This is a recording of a 15-minute grounding/centering practice that will help you attune to the sensations of your body and allow you to be more present.
I recommend you start with listening 3x/day for the first 7-10 days. As you get accustomed to it, you will need the recording less and less. You'll also be able to center yourself more quickly. It won't take 15 minutes.
